WHEN TRYING TO START A NEW GAME, CONNECT TO A NETWORK GAME, OR JUST NAVIGATING THROUGH MENUS I RECEIVE AN INTERNAL ERROR MESSAGE, WHY?
• Internal Errors can be caused by a few things. If you are simply trying to start a new game, connect to a network game, or just navigating through menus… it usually is being caused by a shared memory conflict. To resolve this conflict, all programs running in the background should be closed out prior to launching the game. To do this, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and “End Task” on each task until all that is left running is:”Systray” and “Explorer”. You may need to End Task on a program several times if it is not ending the first time. • The second reason you may be having an internal error is due to a corrupt save game or game file. Please try to load another game, or restart the mission you’re receiving the error on. In some cases we can even e-mail you a save game to get you back on track. If you feel the error is happening for no reason at all, please uninstall/reinstall the game. This will ensure you do not have a corrupt game file causing the problem. • Finally, if the problem continues
