When trying to run the Play89™ software, I got prompted to check my internet connection and firewall settings. What should I do?
If your computer is behind a firewall and/or anti-virus software, it might block our program from connecting to the game servers. Thus, it has to be disabled – just right click on the appropriate icon, which is located in the left bottom corner (beside the clock), and select Disable or Exit. You also need to verify that the clock is synchronized with your local time zone. If you insist on leaving the firewall on, you will need to open ports 6100-6112.
