When trying to play XM channels, I can see track information , but get a “No connection to stream server” message, what should I check?
If you are using a version prior to v4.0.2, upgrade using the latest version on our download page. If you are using v4.0.2, check your connection using Menu>Prefs>Connection. If SelectRadio reports a good connection, make sure that you can also connect to websites via your Windows Mobile browser (make sure that you are not just viewing cached results). If you are unable to connect to websites via Windows Mobile, check your device connection settings per your device or carrier recommendations.
