Check the length of your username on your Sirius Internet Radio or XM Radio Online login. If your username or password is longer than 10 characters, you should reduce each to less than 10 characters. You can change your Sirius Internet Radio or XM Radio Online username or password from a PC by logging into your Sirius or XM Radio account. Then, change the Sirius or XM username entered in SelectRadio on the Menu>Prefs>Logins page to match your new, shorter username.
