When trying to play Sirius channels, I get a “No login server or bad login” message even though I have entered my correct subscriber login, what should I check?
*****NEW***** 01/29/10 Sirius made some additional service changes on 01/29/10 affecting login. If you have a version prior to v4.5.x, you should download the latest version from our download page and enter your existing registration key. If you were already using v4.5.1, but the date of the tun or tun.dll file (Program Files>SelectRadio) is prior to 01/29/10, you may instead just upgrade this file using the instructions at this link). Or, you can reinstall using the latest download on our download page. By upgrading just the file vs a reinstall, you will retain any entered channels or channel groups and any remaining days in a trial.
