Upon launching the Techinline service and attempting to update the Techinline add-on, you may receive the following error message: “Add-on update has not been completed.” Even after following the instructions provided in the browser window for removing the Techinline, you may still encounter this problem along with the same error message: “Add-on update has not been completed.” This issue occurs in Internet Explorer 8 or later. The add-on update can be completed only after you uninstall the existing version of the Techinline add-on currently installed on your computer. If Internet Explorer fails to remove the existing add-on, the add-on update will not be completed.
