When trying to generate an Unlock Code online, why do I receive a message that says: “Error – Insufficient credits”?
During the activation process you may receive an error message saying that there are insufficient credits in your account to generate an Unlock Code. Please verify that you have installed the most recent version of 3D-Eye Office that you have received. The online Unlock Code Generator will not produce unlock codes for previous versions, unless set-up by a support member at Eyemaginations.
