When trying to add an additional description on PATX for the AM document, PCTX opens instead. How do I add text to PATX?
Procedures have been changed to indicate PCTX should open when EDIT:Additional Description is selected on the AM document. To add text to PATX, manually open the table by selecting the button on the bottom of the business function or from the Go To window. PATX will reference the purchase order by vendor and price agreement number and PCTX will reference a specific commodity line. If selected when an order is placed against the price agreement, PCTX will print on the purchase order. PATX will not print on the purchase order but is used to describe special conditions related to the use of the price agreement.
