When to hand in notice at work?
A weeks notice is fine, and his boss can’t withold his money. The boss can’t tell him to leave right away without reason. He can be paid off on the spot as a temp, its been done to me enough times. But tell hubby not to take any guff from the boss, weeks notice you want your money. You should get the full amount the week after your hubby leaves work.
