If the OS is Windows XP SP2, then it is a good idea to use Windows to control the wireless network card. To do so, simply uninstall Xterasys’ wireless LAN utility, then restart your PC. For all other Windows OS, including Windows XP SP1, always use Xterasys’ wireless LAN utility to control the device.
