Hpv is very contagious.But you have to directly touch there skin to get it.And they dont have it everywhere,it is normally in there private area.So they say even if you wear a condom you may still get it.It has nothing to do with the fluids.

Skin to skin contact is wxactly what that means. In order to spread, one of the skin surfaces must have the HPV. What that means is that condoms might not protect you since skin is still touching.
