Having said that, I for one would not give a ’legal’ answer as I have no qualifications and only a superficial knowledge. As for ’professional’ answers, it would very much depend on the profession – and even if I did give such an answer, I would be very careful to give a clear caveat regarding the fallibility of any reply I gave.
