Your Mpeg2 decoder card is not configured for 640×480 resolution or you card improperly detects the video mode when running TLC. Try setting your screen resolution to 640×480 and then run the “Alignment” program provided by your card’s manufacturer. If there is no alignment program or running it does not help, try setting the windows screen resolution to 640×480 before running TLC.
