The Alarm Receiving Centre will contact you and tell you that an alarm / event has happened at the property You should attend the property as soon as possible, remembering to take the keys to the property When you arrive at the property: • DO NOT PUT YOURSELF AT RISK • IF YOU CAN SEE SIGNS OF AN INTRUDER, CALL THE POLICE DIALING “999” • DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY UNTIL YOU KNOW IT IS SAFE TO DO SO. Before you leave the property you will need to re-set the alarm using the code given to you by the owner of the property – you may need to call our Alarm Receiving Centre for advice 0870 600 1008. Remember to secure the property before you leave and inform the owner to tell them about the alarm.
