Your opponent gets to move the Neopet or Hero. The Ring stays attached to it and will move as well.Island Paint Brush Item | Paint Brush When a contest starts, if this card is in your bank, you may discard it to choose one of your Basic Neopets in that contest and replace it with an Experienced Neopet of the same species from your deck. Then shuffle your deck.
