When the image database files are damaged, can I import images recorded on the internal memory or the Memory Stick Duo to the computer?
Yes, you can. Please first create new image database files, and then operate as follows: For HD movies: Please use supplied PMB to import the data. The HD movies without database information will be automatically detected in Handycam Utility, and you can import them to the computer. For SD movies and still images: Please first register the image data to the new image database files again by selecting [REPAIR IMG.DB F.] under the [MANAGE MEDIA] category from the menu of the camcorder. After this, you can import the data to the computer using supplied PMB in the same way as a normal case.
