The IFPUV is an un-manned, automated system so there is no on-line help available. FPLs that are in error are not retained by the system – there is no “manual processing queue” so there is no reference available within the system to which an IFPS Operator could refer. However, there are contact numbers available for queries (normally operational ones) concerning repetitive flight planning errors or errors that cannot be understood. These contact details are given on the web page entitled “CFMU Contacts & Assistance”.
