When the HT47C10L enters the Halt mode, what is the condition of its internal oscillator?

Answer When the HT47C10L enters the HALT mode, if the OPT1 (26H) internal register has set the STANDBY bit to 0, LCD off condition, the internal oscillator will be off. When the STANDBY bit is set to 1, the LCD driver will continue to function and the 32K oscillator will continue to run. If the OPTION register internal ELMODE bit is enabled, the 128K oscillator will also run.
