When the best time to weigh yourself?
My opinion – the best time to weigh is first thing in the morning after you wake up and after you pee. Weigh daily if you think you can deal with the fluctuations, but once a week is good too or twice a week..whatever your preference. If weighing in the morning is something you forget or if you would prefer to weigh at other times, just try to remain consistent, like at 5 o’clock or 10 o’clock…just try to stick with a time of day that is relatively consistent. Mornings are typically recommended because you haven’t had anything to eat or drink for a few hours, thus food choices or activities and water retention play less of a role.
