When the bandwidth is 512 Kbps how it is distributed to 30 systems?
It would depend on several factors. The router can be programmed to allocate bandwidth depending on machine. If it doesn’t a store and forward switch can be used to allocate bandwidth based on demand. A hub will share the bandwidth equally. If every one is using the Internet at the same time it would be very slow about like a very slow dial up modem. The odds of this are slight as long as people are not doing streaming audio, like listening to on-line radio or doing a lot of heavy downloading of files. Just for browsing here and there through the day it might be tolerable.
