When a business conference extends until the end of the work week and resumes on Monday of the following week, the District will reimburse the employee for round-trip plane fare to and from Tallahassee over the weekend if the cost of the fare is less than or equal to the reimbursable cost of staying at the site of the conference over the weekend.
