The language change was put into place last collection cycle as a clarification (2008-09) based on a recommendation that was made as part of a Technical Review Panel held in October 2008 about net price that is required to be posted on College Navigator as a result of HEOA. Because the cost of attendance information is based on a full year the TRP thought it would be best to use awarded and accepted so the net price calculation would be using the same time period.
