Yes. As with the real life testing environment, you will be able to mark questions which you are unsure of, and review the marked items prior to submitting each test for scoring. Prior to submitting any practice tests for scoring, you will be able to return to any question, regardless if it has been marked for review. If a question has been marked, this will be indicated as well. The live timer will continue until you have submitted your test for calculation.
