You will be required to specify the category to which the RECs that you are bidding correspond. The six possible categories are Illinois Wind, Illinois Non-Wind, Adjoining-State Wind, Adjoining-State Non-Wind, Other-State Wind, and Other-State Non-Wind. Adjoining States are Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. Other States are states other than Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan. The REC Master Agreement requires that you deliver the amount of RECs of each type for which you hold winning bids that are approved by the Commission. It is not permissible to deliver more or fewer RECs. The Cover Sheet to the REC Master Agreement sets forth delivery dates and the delivery schedule you must meet to avoid default. Your bids correspond to the annual amount of RECs to be delivered and cannot include a monthly pattern of deliveries.
