The problem here is related to Keyboard connectivity If your Keyboard has PS2 connectivity then may be the connector on the keyboard is faulty or the PS2 port on the motherboard is faulty. the PS2 device are automatically get detected in new system for some older system the support has to enabled from the BIOS. For USB keyboard, Normally USB keyboard are not detected while booting. to make it happen it’s setting in the BIOS must be done. Go to USB configuration section in BIOS Legacy USB support = Enable. USB function = Enable. USB 2.0 controller = Enable. USB 2.0 controller Mode = HiSpeed & then also if the error continue then the USB connector on the keyboard is faulty. OR the Major problem is that the Keyboard device is not supported by your current Hardware. & one suggestion while asking question always mention the product maker & model type.
