When someone fills out my form, I receive a text email notification along with the HTML autoresponder. How can I change the layout of the text email notification?
The system default text notification cannot be altered…HOWEVER… you can do the same thing using a text autoresponder. So the first step is to turn off the default text message. This is done in the html code of the form (the form on your site). So open up the code in your HTML editor, look for “copyarresponse”. You should see the value set to “1”. To turn it off, change that to “0” (the number zero) Now that you’ve turned off the default notification, simply create a text email message within the autoresponder. To do that, click on “Email & Marketing” and then find the autoresponder in which you’d like to have the notification sent to you.
