A. Either latex additive can be used with all TEC non-latex modified mortars. TA-872 XtraFlex with give better overall bond strengths, flexibility, and water resistance. TA-388/389 Rapid Flex™ requires mixing with a special additive, TA-873 RapidFlex Acrylic™ Latex additive.
