When should I use Juice™ Rechargeable Alkaline versus Juice™ NiMH?
Juice™ Rechargeable Alkaline perform best in medium and low-drain devices such as portable radios, CD players, handheld electronic games, flashlights and remote controls because they provide sufficient energy to power these and many more devices, they retain their charge while not in use and provide an economical and environmental solution. Juice™ NiMH batteries perform best in high-drain applications such as digital cameras, portable LCD TV’s and video cameras because of the higher energy density required to operate these power hungry devices. However, due to their material content and chemistry composition, NiMH lose their charge when not in use (especially in hot climate conditions) and are typically more expensive.
