When should I stop sending claims to WageWorks?

WageWorks must receive claims by December 31, 2008. Any claims they receive after that date will not be paid and not be returned to you. We recommend not mailing any claims to WageWorks after mid-December. You are responsible for making sure WageWorks receives the claims by December 31, not merely receives a claim that is “postmarked by” December 31. Do not mail original receipts!
