When should I spray dormant oil for pest control on fruit trees?

After the leaves have fallen and the fruit is gone. But spray when there is no rain in the forecast for a few days. Then spray again in the early spring. Make sure all debris is cleaned up around the base of the tree, so that there are no pests overwintering in the leaves. I also add a copper spray mixed with neem oil. If you have peaches, this inhibits leaf curl as well! Good spraying!
