When should I request a leave of absence to travel?
The first thing you should do is know the grounds of a leave of absence. Know its validity. If a vacation trip applies, then you have no problem. If it is “peak time”, then you have to find someone (a.k.a. reliever) who will temporarily do your task. s It is better to be safe than sorry.
