When should an Oklahoma Mechanics Lien Claim be filed?
Oklahoma mechanics liens on private property must be filed within 120 days after the date upon which material or equipment was last furnished or performed under the contract. In the case of a subcontractor or a supplier who does not have a contract with an owner, the Oklahoma mechanics lien must be filed within 90 days after the date upon which material or equipment was used on the land or when labor was last performed.
