When should a Wyoming Mechanics Lien Claim be filed?
Wyoming mechanics liens on private property must be filed within 120 days of the last date the lienor provided materials or services to the project. Lower tier subcontractors have 90 days. The 90 and 120 day time periods begin to run from the last day from when work was performed or materials furnished under a contract or the date the work was substantially completed or there was substantial completion on the contract to furnish materials, whichever is earlier.
