When should a kit be purchased versus buying individual pieces (or packs in the case of vertical spacers)?
Kits will typically represent the most economical way to purchase Rigid Track. Also, consumers must purchase a minimum of one kit in order to get the striking tool. Even through this tool looks like a common spoon, the tip is designed to fit the silicone joints and the spoon design is the most efficient way to remove excess silicone. Individual Rigid Track pieces are purchased to supplement a kit. For example, if a panel calls for 20 8″x8″ blocks, the most economical way to purchase Rigid Track is one kit, one piece of 36″ track, and one package of vertical spacers.
