When sending mail, sometimes I am getting the following error: “Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname”, “Transaction Failed”, or “Send Hello First” errors. How can I fix this problem?

AGo to Tools – Options, select General tab, and in the Local Host box enter your domain name. If this box is empty, server sends your computer network name with SMTP HELO/EHLO, command, and, probably, it is not liked by server you are sending mail to. If this box is not empty, then server will use the value from there with EHLO/HELO command, and you will not have similar problems.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
