When searching by address in the AI Lookup Tool, should State and Municipality be entered into the Address Field or selected from the appropriate dropdown menus?

Either method will work. However, it may be easier to find the AI if you only enter all or part of the street address. It is not likely that there were be many facilities with the same address.
