When running Message Classification we are getting a security dialog popup that tells us that some program is trying to access the Outlook address book. Is this normal?
Generally you should not see any popup dialog with Message Classification. In some cases, if you have already setup the Outlook Security Template (in Exchange Public folders) you may see a popup. Administrators can disable these dialog prompts by adding the MessageClassification.dll to the list of trusted dlls. For more details see the Titus Labs Support web pages.
