When running Jaws PDF Server as a service, Why can I only convert files sent from a client machine, when logged on with an administrator account?
This may be a permissions setting with the service. The Jaws PDF service needs Administrative privileges to work. To set this, go into Administrative Tools -> Services -> Jaws PDF Service -> Properties -> Log on. You can then change the JPS service log on to an Administrator account, so the Service will run with the necessary privileges when a normal user logs on.
