Electrically: provide DC power through TRUs C1 & C2 to power CAPT & F/O flight instrument busses. Hydraulically: flight controls (Components normally powered by C HYD system) (Aileron, Rudder, Stabilizer, Elevator, Flaperons, Flaps/Slats, outboard spoilers 1, 5, 10, 14, inboard spoilers 7 & 8).
