A CRR is defined as a designated source (injection point) that is a Settlement Point and a designated sink (withdrawal point) that is a different Settlement Point, except for a Flowgate Right (FGR), which has a designated directional network element, or a bundle of directional network elements, instead (Protocol Reference7.2) with quantities measured in MWs with granularity of tenths of MWs. CRR MWs are distributed as awarded in the CRR auction.
