When printing to an Epson Stylus Pro 5000, why are colors omitted towards the end of the print job? Also, how do I fix this situation?

The reason is that the paper size setting on the left of the printer’s paper cassette shows a smaller paper size than the paper size setting made in the General Settings of EFI Designer Edition.
