When playing radio on AT&T, it connects, fetches playlist and album art, but just sits at 00:00 without playing. How can I fix it?

Some people have said in issue 246 that it will work on AT&T when selecting either “AT&T Internet” or “Operator – Proxyless” as the access point. These ones don’t have proxy settings defined in the advanced settings.
