A. It’s usually related to the advanced settings within the computers graphics card. If you are using a laptop then you can often get around this by using the ‘toggle’ function and displaying the image on the projection screen only. If this is not possible or you are using the internal PC then someone will need to log onto the machine as administrator and check the advanced settings of the graphics card.
