When ordering Chinese food, what are the healthiest/low sodium dishes you can choose?
We have a lot of choices here in Hong Kong, but I don’t know whether you have them in the menus there in your Country! Basically, stick to boiled / steamed / stir-fried dishes are healthy choices and you can always request them to reduce salt or soy sauce and put lesser oil in your food when you place your order.
