This is due to having a corrupted settings file and is not normal. It is caused by running the demo version after running the full version. To fix this issue all you have to do delete the settings file: /Users/username/Library/Preferences/I244-ACM-settings.dat You should also delete the demo version so you don’t have this problem again.
