I’m sorry that all this is happening. Now that Northern Rock has been nationalised, it is quite wrong for NR to repossess, before every possible alternative has been explored. You need information. Go to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau for advice. I would also write to your MP, as NR are a bit trigger-happy with repos.
