Yes. Once Acrobat 8 is installed with a valid volume licensing Serial Number, any user that has Internet access will be able to download an e-license from your default Serial Number Only pool. You may track and manage the e-license download activity by accessing the Serial Number Only Activity Report, available on the Adobe Licensing Web site.
