3 Prize cards. If Suicune & Entei LEGEND is Knocked Out, your opponent can take 2 Prize cards. Then due to the effect of the Expert Belt Pokemon Tool card, when your opponent takes his Prize cards, he can take 1 additional Prize card, making the total 3.
