Ugh! I’m having this exact same problem. I’ve had it before except the start bar was at the bottom but I had no cursor. Had to get my computer fixed. I’ve only had it fixed for about a month and already am having your same problem. I’m wondering if it’s a virus. Let me know if you figure out what’s wrong with it. I may have to get mine fixed again if I can’t fix it myself.

I am really not sure what had happened to your computer. But try this one: 1.Right-click on your desktop, then select Arrange Icons By. 2.Click Show Desktop Icons. Hope this helps.
