When must the new indigent defense procedures be adopted?
The new procedures for a county must be adopted and reported to the Office of Court Administration by January 1 of each year, beginning January 1, 2002. The local administrative judge for each court level is required to submit all formal and informal rules and forms that describe the indigent defense procedures in the county.
